Mittagong centre is changing - Member Update

 Member Update - Mittagong Centre  

After extensive consideration we’ve decided to make some changes to our Mittagong Centre.

The past eight months have been challenging for our community, but we’ve learnt some valuable lessons.  First and foremost, when local business thrives, our community thrives.

With that in mind, you will notice some changes on 1st July when BDCU Mittagong re-opens as a BDCU Business Centre; a centre focused on providing opportunities that strengthen local business and transform our community. 

In addition to business banking, lending and advice services, the Centre is focused on connecting local businesses with the resources and knowledge they need – now and into the future.  Getting this right means more local employment opportunities, skills retention and money re-invested back into our community.  We believe this is something we can do to make a difference.

The Business Centre is a cashless centre, specialising in advice and non-cash business banking services.  Mittagong ATM services will remain in place, facilitating cash withdrawals 24/7. 

We appreciate, and understand, that removal of cash services from the Mittagong Centre may cause some inconvenience. 

In-branch cash services at our Bowral, Moss Vale and Goulburn Centres remain unchanged.  To increase convenience at these locations, a night safe will be introduced to our Bowral Centre in July, for 24/7 deposit drop off, together with the introduction of express cash services for businesses at Bowral, Moss Vale and Goulburn, which includes the ability to order change online so it’s ready for express collection. 

Members will continue to be supported by the Member Services Team (4860 4000), and you are still able to access all banking services via our mobile banking app, Google or Apple Pay, online (www.bdcualliancebank.com.au) and phone banking services.

As our Community rebuilds and recovers from the ongoing impact of Covid-19 and bushfires, the BDCU team will continue to be here, shaping our services to support our community.
