Contactless Banking Update 06/04/2020:

We are working with all our members to increase usage of contactless banking. Some retailers are already preferring customers to use cards as opposed to cash.

To help with this, contactless pin limits will be raised to $200 from early this week. This means you can avoid having to touch the pin terminal. This will be rolled out across various retailers, with supermarkets likely to be prioritised, so it may take awhile for all retailers to be updated.

So you can now shop safely.

If you need a hand setting up remote and contactless banking our dedicated team can help on 02 4860 4000.
