How do I register for the Mobile Banking App?
- To get started download the banking app from your preferred app store (Google Play or App Store)
- Verify your member number (this is called username in the app) and your online banking password
- Choose how you wish to login into your app securely – pin, pattern or finger print recognition (if your phone has this enabled).
I am having trouble registering the Mobile Banking App
Having trouble registering the app? You might be new to internet banking. To register for the app you must be registered for internet banking first. To help you do this, give us a call on (02) 4860 4000 or pop into your local centre. We will sort it!
Do I need a one time password or token to use the app?
No, not to login into the app. Only when adding a new payee.
What are some of the features of the app?
- Transfer money between accounts

- View accounts easily

Will payees that I setup on internet banking flow though to the app?
Yes, your payees will flow through to the app.
How do I setup a new payee and biller in the app?
Select manage payees, add new, enter payee information, confirm one time password.
How do I set up quick balance?
Log into the app, on the summary page click the menu button, go into settings and select set quick balance account, double click on your preferred account for quick balance.
Can I use my app overseas?
You may still have access to the app outside of Australia, but you should check with your telephone communications provider that you will be able to use your mobile device internationally and whether data charges apply.
