Lost or Stolen Card

What if my card is lost or stolen, or I notice unauthorised transactions?

If your card is lost or stolen, or you believe your account has been compromised, call us during business hours (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm) as soon as possible on (02) 4860 4000. Outside of these hours call the Lost/Stolen Redicard/Visa hotline Australia wide:

Don’t forget, if you use the Mobile Banking App you can lock your card while you look for it!
