Safe and Secure Banking

To protect you from fraud and to keep you safe and secure when banking online, an additional layer of security is provided by a one time password when adding new payees. It is simple to use. A random one time password acts as a unique verifier to help prevent unauthorised access and transactions on your accounts.

This password will be sent to your mobile phone via sms. 

You will need to you use your one time password every time you add a new payee to internet banking after the service has been activated.

Daily Transfer Limit

To help protect fraud there is a daily limit of $500 you can send from your account. If you need your limit increased you can do it by submitting a Daily Transaction Limit Alteration form. Drop the form into your local BDCU Alliance Bank centre or call our Member Comms Team on (02) 4860 4000.
