Our app is designed so you can bank anywhere anytime, while you work or on the go.
Getting started
To get started, download the banking app from your preferred app store:
Once you have downloaded the app you will need to verify your member number (this is called username in the app) and your online banking password.
If you’re new to internet banking, please call (02) 4860 4000 or pop into your local centre to register.
After verifying your member number and access code, you will need to choose how you login into the app securely and accept the terms and conditions.
Options available are pin, pattern or finger print recognition (if your phone has this enabled). One time password text or token is not required on logging in, just on new payees. This is now the same for mobile banking.
